This pant is a new 3/4 style, made of dressier lyocell (which has a light sheen) for an out and about pant that's comfortable and lightweight. 

The WOVEN BRUNCH PANT in NAVY by Elm is so comfortable that you won't want to take it off. Featuring an elastic waistband with burgundy and navy drawstring, hip pockets, ribbed cuff details - a relaxed fit and a 3/4 length. The fabric is a fine woven lyocell. 

Fit is relaxed and cuffs are not tight.
