Here at Alice HQ, we know you love it when your parcels arrive super quickly, and we love getting them to you quickly too! We always aim to get the parcel in the post to you the same day that your order arrives here. So long as the order arrives to us before 1pm, we can normally deliver next business day to most of Australia. Of course, public holidays might slow our delivery by a day. And some area's are not in the Express Post zone, so read on.
Our standard delivery is Express Service:
For delivery within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service.
• All orders will be express posted, for a flat rate of $7.95
• All orders come with an easy return label, with a flat rate return cost of $7.95.
• Orders that are received before 1pm EST* on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2-3 working days – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
About Australia Post Express Post Service
Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. My Friend Alice is based in the SYDNEY area (our postcode is 2780) and you can follow the link for a more detailed description of the express post network.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
We have a $18.00 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. The reason the shipping is a little more is so we can track the item. Parcels take 7-10 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.
If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge of $25 to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. We send by regular post.
Out of Stocks
We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can reorder.
