My Friend Alice will happily accept returns on MOST purchases returned within 14 days of purchase for a swap, credit or full refund.
Need to swap an item? The best thing to do is to purchase the item you want, and we'll refund your return.
Items must be unworn with tags still on the item.
For swaps, we recommend re-purchasing the size you want, and returning the other item for a refund.
To return larger orders for a flat rate of $10 please email customercare@myfriendalice.com.au
For smaller item, consider purchasing a $9.95 parcel post bag from Australia Post.
1. Locate your Invoice/ Returns Form sent with order
2. Write a short note to me, Melissa, on why the item didn't work for you.
3. Wrap it up, and include the Invoice/ Returns Form.
4. Address packages to My Friend Alice, 206 Megalong Street, LEURA, NSW, 2780.
5. Take to the post office - hand over the counter, keep your lodgment receipt.
