Due to increased cost in postage, we've had to increase our rates (only by $2.00!) to $10.

“Love it or return it” 14 Day Return Policy on full price items.

Return any full-priced item item within 14 days for a swap, credit or refund. 

Items must be unworn with tags still on the item.

For swaps, we recommend re-purchasing the size you want, and returning the other item for a refund.

Sale items are no longer returnable - but we can help check fit!

More than beautiful quality clothing, Alice is all about service! 

We absolutely want you to find the process of building a beautiful wardrobe fast and convenient when shopping online with us. However, some things are just not going to look 100% fabulous when you actually get to try them on.

And we want this to be real love, you know, the lasting kind.

We’ll give you 14 days to try on your items, and decide if they suit you.

You may return the items bought online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on full priced items. 

Who pays for postage?

While we are happy to refund an item, we are unable to refund the cost of postage to you ($10.00 flat rate), and back from you ($10.00 flat rate). The refund is for the item/s and does not include either of the postage charges.

If you have claimed free shipping for a purchase over $150 previously, but return all items, then the postage value of $10.00 PLUS the return postage $10.00, will not be refunded when you return your item.  So $20.00 total. 

No problem on refunding your full price items when returned.

Can't decide? Not sure if it will fit? We're happy if you order more styles, try them on, and return what you don't want. No hassles - we can refund to your credit card the full amount for items returned. So long as they come back good as new, within 14 days.

Firstly, our guarantee is that the brands we support are beautifully made, from beautiful fabrics. But more than that, we want to free up your time to do more of what you love. If you're not sure about ordering online, can we remind you there are friendly, happy people here to chat with any time.  

New! Please email to request for a flat rate return label. 

We can no longer include labels in your order, so please email customercare@myfriendalice.com.au to with your order number so we can email a return label to you. 

For small items, you might purchase a Parcel Post bag for approx $10 to return to us.

However, you must have your item scanned at the Post Office, and you must KEEP your tracking receipt. This helps us track any slow returns to us. 



How do I return products to My Friend Alice?

1. Email customercare@myfriendalice.com.au to request a return label, or text 0403 824 266. 

We will need your full name,  and email address, and order number (starts with MFA) if possible. 

Remember to return the invoice/ return form with the return to us so we can identify the order. 

Take the labelled parcel to the post office, hand over the counter, get a receipt with tracking for your own reference.

Of note, to return an item, the items can not have been worn or washed or dry cleaned. All labels must be attached, and the garment should be return in an “as new” condition. Please also ensure you take care to protect the garment when posting.

What if a product is faulty?

Sometimes items don't wear as expected, or we missed a fault in the fabric before we sent it to you - which always embarrassing for us! If this happens, we'll send a replacement, and send you a postage paid label to return it to us.

So if the item didn’t make it to you in perfect condition, please call our customer service immediately on 1300 940 819 or e-mail customercare@myfriendalice.com.au to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same style, but different size, then we recommend you repurchase the item you want, then we can post out immediately. Then you can take a little longer to return one item for a refund. If you return and item using our $10.00 return label, and request a swap, we'll ask you to pay a $10 swap fee to pay for the return and a little of the outgoing post.

If you don’t love it – send it back!

Shopping online should a wonderful experience each time with MY FRIEND ALICE. Like your favourite designer boutique, we aim to ensure you always have something to wear – and also, that that something is something special.

To save you time, don’t hesitate to order two sizes if you are not sure, and order a few styles. Keep what fits and suits you, and return what doesn’t – it’s that easy.
