Customer Service & Warehouse Dispatch - LEURA

Permanent Part Time

Friendly, energetic, efficient, super organised and detail oriented person wanted to manage our online fashion store. You will be responsible for all aspects of behind the scenes – checking in all incoming stock, helping phone customers, and picking and dispatching our online orders. This is a physical role, and requires moving heavy boxes.

You will also need to be confident using computers and computer systems. You also need to be confident working autonomously. 

Having a knack for solving customer issues before they arise is a skill we hope you'll develop by getting to know the product well.

Most importantly, you will need to be focused on details and accuracy.

We are looking for an upbeat all rounder, to keep our customers happy.

PS  - An interest in developing skills in Canva, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing and Web Publishing will be welcomed to expand the role.
