While we sit here sizzling away in our homes and offices, it's hard to believe that autumn is ever going to arrive and honestly, it has been a real challenge to embrace our new season arrivals. 

Our internal dialog has gone something like this: "Long sleeves, heavy fabrics and knitwear - are you kidding? It's reaching 45 degrees outside!" That is, until we see our new season arrivals in the flesh... Every new arrival has been just as beautiful as the one before and we can't help but fall in love.

Thankfully, we've got confirmation that autumn is definitely on the way and it will be here a whole lot sooner than we expect - a matter of weeks, ladies - so we will finally be able to wear these beautiful creations! 

Some of our favourite arrivals so far have been Leina Broughton's Stella Wrap Dress, Lilya's Turlington Floral Dress (pictured below) and Fate's Florabelle Dress.

We're seeing an abundance of florals for autumn, which is so lovely considering that we usually see an overload of black and grey around this time. We love the dark pastels and have been very excited to see some earthy tones peeking through too, like those on Very Very's beautiful Diedre Wrap. 

For the season ahead, we have so many beautiful things to share with you from some of our very favourite brands. New arrivals are just about to pick up, so be ready to snap up your favourites quick, it's becoming pretty competitive out there! While you wait for more, our new knitwear from Lilya, comfy pants from Elm and Ellis & Dewey basics will keep you occupied. PLUS, keep an eye on our size ranges - we were also very excited to hear that some of our brands are extending their size range for autumn, which was such welcome news! 

On another note, we also wanted to extend a big thank you to everyone who has left product reviews on our site, as well as lovely emails and Facebook comments. It's so wonderful to hear that you all adore your new things, and that you are impressed with our speedy service - I can't even begin to tell you how happy this makes us! We work so hard to make Alice a great place to shop and nothing is more rewarding than hearing the wonderful things you have to say.
